Dunson to SoCon
6'3" Bloomington Central Catholic guard, Brandon Dunson, has offered up his verbal commitment to UT Chattanooga. Dunson is an ultra-athletic wing that scores well from anywhere on the floor. On the defensive end, he is good at locking opponents down. He is also solid on the boards, regarding his position. During the AAU season, Brandon put up big numbers, proving himself to be one of the nation's more underrated players. He averaged oveer 24 points playing with Team Illinois, who hosted other Division I prospects including Terrance Williams and Justin Safford. Brandon selected the Mocs over scholarship offers from San Diego, UC Santa Barbara, Florida Atlantic, and a host of other Division I programs. Clemson, Oregon State, Pepperdine, Evansville, and Western Kentucky were also in the mix. Dunson is the second in his household to commit to a Division I school, as his brother, Dodie, is currently a freshman at Iowa State.
