McGee to Indiana

6'7" Chicago Crane Tech senior, Brandon McGee, has come to an end point in his recruiting stage, as he decided to become an Indiana Hoosier.

McGee is a player who was virtually unknown outside of the state of Illinois when entering the beginning of the AAU season.  He severly raised his stock with his play at both Boo Williams Invitational and Real Deal on the Hill.  He went from offers from Northern Illinois and Indiana State to looks from Wisconsin, Kansas, Illinois, etc.

Brandon is a hard working combo forward that is very versatile.  He's great in the short corners or around the basket but is also capable on nailing a few three point jumpers.  He's a scrappy forward that is solid on the boards.

McGee is the first 2007 recruit for Kelvin Sampson and Indiana University.  He chose the Hoosiers over Iowa and DePaul, among many other high major programs.
