MidStateHoops.com now embarks upon its' third high school season and its second birthday. Born in November of 2004, we have aspired to become the site that you can come to for information on unknown players and for equal opportunity.

We want to say thanks to all the players who participated in the MidStateHoops.com Final Run Player Showcase. We consider the event a success. It is our proudest accomplishment to date. We hope that you had fun and felt it was worth your time. To those that didn't go, we hope that you now see that an MSH event is one you can't afford to not be a part of.

Expect plenty more forthcoming from MSH. We have been the best site in the state for quite some time now. That by no means makes us the best site that we can be. We will continue to push ourselves to provide the best information and features that we possibly can. The innovation that we have provided in our short time is unmatched. Look for more of the same.

Many wish to be like MSH. They attempt to copy our formats, our features, and our manner of production. There's only one MSH. To those that are jealous of MSH, don't be. Do not make false remarks about the site. Do not accuse us of untrue things like stealing information, or things of that nature. We do not take things like that lightly.

It is unfortunate that some are so blatantly disrespectful, slamming this site all over the Internet as if they have actually contributed something to the state of Illinois high school basketball. Claiming you're the best when nobody knows who you are. Saying your site is the best when all you do is release rankings for updates. Stating that we are biased when all you do is beg the opinions of others and do whatever they say like a toy robot. Your like that annoying little brother who can't get his own life and stay out of his older siblings business. Ignorance isn't bliss.

Once again thanks to our loyal viewers. Our hits have tripled since our inception in 2004. We consider this inspiration to strive to do our best. Thanks for all the support you show us. You are the ones who make all of this worth it. See you in year 3!
