Scouting Report: A smooth point guard with a tremendous three-point stroke.  Hall is lights out from beyond the arch.  He handles the ball well and is good at penetrating seems to find the short pull up or the drop down for the easy bucket.  Because he is playing alongside the state's best point, he isn't able to show his true playmaking abilities.  However, he is very efficient when sliding to the lead guard role.
