Scouting Report: One of the top three point shooters throughout the state, regardless of class. Norton can fill it up from the outside. He has extended range and is great when set. Tom has been improving his point guards and penetration skills. When he is able to get to the basket and dish efficently, he will be tough to stop.

Broke a school record of 64 threes (which he tied as a freshman) his sophomore season with 77 made.
